DCUC Wave 2!


I finally got my hands on DCUC Wave 2 (Thanks, CSC!). I’ve been hard at work spending most of my Saturday updating both this site and DCUniverseClassics.com. You can check out the SuperArticulated entry here, or visit DCUC.com and browse through the more intensive coverage (more pics)! w00t!

    I agree with your reviews about Black Manta and Superman. Can’t comment on the rest till I get them. You guys might also want to check out K-Mart believe it or not, because I found Orion and Red Tornado there (already have them) for $8.99!

    If you guys haven’t already, I urge you to consider putting in preorders soon for the upcoming waves. CSC has 3, 4, and 5 up for preorder, and they said they were the first to get orders into Mattel for wave 4, which means they should be the first to get those cases. It seems early now, but you’ll be happy when you make the first cut of shipments in June or August or whenever.

    Also, I’m still stalking that variant Aquaman. These haven’t shown up at retail near me, but I have my finger on the button of every ebay auction, hoping i can snag one for less than 20 bucks. So far, I haven’t been so lucky…

    I’ve had bad experiences with Corner Store Comics. They communicate well with their costumers but they make A LOT of order errors. Enchanted Toy Chest seems to be my choice. CSC reads emails but they don’t really read emails carefully and rush into things.

    I’ve heard it said online before from other posters and I think preordering is really a waste of time if Targets get them first.

    If you have to go online, I suggest Enchanted Toy Chest. When I say errors, I mean A LOT of errors. Wrong order quantities, misreading emails, not fixing orders after having called them and a person I know got the wrong item!
