SDCC 2008: Indie


While Hasbro and Mattel tend to dominate the SDCC showroom floor, there are lot of other great companies showing off their upcoming goods for the second half of the year. Here I try to round up what the likes of NECA, Mezco, McFarlane, and Diamond Select Toys have to show us! Expand to see my breakdown.

NECA

-TMNT! Shredder and the Foot Soldiers were revealed, along with the packaged Mousers
-Player Select - A new Tomb Raider, Bionic Commando (those aren’t superarticulated…), and that Ninja Gaiden II Ryu still lookin’ good. Oh how awesome would it be if NECA did a superposeable Lara Croft…

DIAMOND SELECT TOYS
-BSG Series 4! Adama, Roslin, Boomer in “casual” flight gear. w00t!
