I know. I know. The Hellboy hysteria has died down, but that hasn’t stopped me from still enjoying the figs! I picked up “Rocket Pack” Hellboy from the Mezco Comic line the other day and added him to the review for the comic figs. He’s pretty sweet! I think I like him better than the “shirtless” HB from series 1. Although the super-fab cloth coat SDCC version is still tops for me… I digress! Check out Rocket-Boy in the Indie section.

Well, I finally got around to putting up my pics and review of the SDCC 2008 DCUC Lobo exclusive figure. And if I do say so myself - he was worth the wait! Lobo is one sweet figure! He’s big. He’s mean. And he comes in the neatest package of pretty much any figure I’ve owned so far! Check out my pics and textual nonsense on his page at DCUniverseClassics.com.

Just a heads up to you lucky west coast toy collectors - Hasbro’s Target Exclusive wave of Marvel Legends (the Red Hulk BAF Series) has been spotted at retail in California. This series includes Spiral, Union Jack, Adam Warlock, Black Suit Spiderman, Wolverine and Silver Surfer. Since these are only available at Target I don’t anticipate finding them… ever. But that won’t stop me from looking for Spiral. (I’m pretty “meh” about the rest.) Anyways, post your sightings of this wave (if anyone else actually finds them) in the comments section.

Greetings loyal Superarticulated readers! You guys have probably noticed that I haven’t updated the site in a while. Sorry about that. My car was wrecked last weekend and so my free time lately has been spent arguing with insurance claims adjusters and shopping for a new ride. That has all cut pretty hard into my “playing with toys” time. But I’ve mostly gotten things worked out at this point, so hopefully I can get back to the picture taking and the action figure talk some time soon. With Labor Day weekend coming up, I should have plenty of time to post the “backlog” of stuff I need to add (DCUC Lobo, some more HB figs, some new FFVII Play Arts figs, etc). Just wanted to keep you guys apprised!
